Hi there! I’m Holly. Pills to Paleo is my space to share what I know about the connection between food, mood, and natural approaches to living.

After my long struggle with mood disorders and psychiatric medication, I found a way to heal myself 100% naturally. Once I got better, I became incredibly passionate about providing these resources to others, so I started this website. I also became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Reiki Master Practitioner, and I now work with people one-on-one to get to the root cause of their mood issues.
